About the Information I Collect
In order to process an order you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, postal address, telephone number, email address and payment information, and the item/s that you’re ordering. On occasions it may be necessary to provide other information for example sizing in order to make bespoke items of your choice through a message or email dialogue. Card payments taken at events are processed through a secure app online. Any photographic images you agree to share with Purple Monito are stored securely and will only be used for the purposes agreed and have consent to use. Purple Monito has 3 platforms, Facebook, Instagram and a designated website that are all public.

Why Purple Monito Needs Your Information and How Purple Monito Use It
Purple Monito ensures that only the information required is collected, used and shared, this includes:-
• To enable orders to be fulfilled, delivered, returns and any enquiries
• To comply will the relevant legislation connected to being a self employed business
• Anyone one whose personal information we hold has the right to object to us using it. They can do this by telling us and we will consider the request and either stop using the data or verify why this is not possible

As part of providing orders Purple Monito will share the appropriate information relevant to the third part to deliver your order, process payments, complete an annual tax return via our accountant or any other legal obligation

Data Retention
Using Email and messenger are the main sources of contact with customers. When the enquiry is complete the thread of messages or email is deleted, I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide my accountant or HMRC or any other legal body with information as required. Any financial information is required to be stored for 6 years after the tax year it is relevant to. This information is stored to protect access to others.
Your Rights
Any individual whose personal information we hold has the right to:
• Object to us processing it. We will either agree to stop processing or explain why we are unable to (the right to object)
• Ask for a copy of their personal information we hold, subject to certain exemptions (a data subject access request)
